Raw Birthday Cake

What an exciting few weeks it has been! I've been traveling and working on quite a few fun/interesting projects, I can't wait to be able to blog about them! ;D

Yesterday was also my twentieth birthday, and we had the most delectable, 100% raw, delicious and nutritious , birthday cake!

The crust is made out of dates and walnuts, the filling is banana creme and coconut meat creme, and it is topped with fresh fruits: Kiwi, Blueberry, banana, and strawberry! Yummy Yum YUM!
