Wild Mushroom Pâté

I just made this really good 100% raw wild mushroom pâté from my Everyday Raw Express cookbook by Matthew Kenney. It's easy to make, delicious, and highly nutricious!

You need:
1 1/2 cups of chopped cremini or baby bella mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of namu shoyu (raw soy sauce)
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper

Blend it all together and serve on lettuce, radicchio, or endives!
